Advisory work remains valid, but the durable home product is a family learning system that lets parents and children learn through quests, cases, artifacts, and guided practice.

The LLC's mission is crystallizing beyond consulting. Ben Chan Tech can graduate into a training academy built around the YY Method: AI literacy, strategic reasoning, decision architecture, family learning, and professional advisory patterns taught through the YY forest/fantasy metaphor.
This does not erase client work. Client work becomes one funding and field-learning channel. The academy becomes the durable mission.
Why
The operator's real advantage is not only giving advice. It is extracting reasoning patterns from lived decisions and turning them into teachable systems. The current client advisory work validates that CTO-to-CEO brain exchange has value. The next step is to distill the same thinking so others can learn it without needing direct access to the operator.

Why-Not
Why not remain a pure advisory consultancy? Pure advisory scales only through operator time. The academy converts operator judgment into reusable training assets.
Why not build a generic AI training company? Generic AI training is easier to explain but harder to defend. The YY Method academy has a distinct worldview: provenance, scars, family learning, gamified progression, and judgment under constraint.
Why not separate family mission from business mission? The family mission is the proof of seriousness. A method strong enough to teach children and parents together can also teach leaders. A business mission without the family root would be less true.
